Ibetmalaysia Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to ibetmalaysia. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ibetmalaysia ("Platform", "we", "ibetmalaysia"). Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by ibetmalaysia, as it contains important information about your rights and responsibilities.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, accessing games, or using any feature of the ibetmalaysia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

1 Member Eligibility & Registration

Ibetmalaysia services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at ibetmalaysia. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or IP address is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ibetmalaysia reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your ID, utility bill, or bank statement. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) and forms part of our commitment to platform security.

2 Account Responsibility & Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ibetmalaysia strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

You agree not to share access to your account with any third party, including family members. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is entirely your responsibility. ibetmalaysia will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the ibetmalaysia support team immediately via live chat, available 24/7. ibetmalaysia will take prompt action to secure your account as soon as the report is received.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Ibetmalaysia supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using a payment method registered under the same member's name.

Deposit: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the platform's deposit page at the relevant time. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of transaction confirmation. ibetmalaysia reserves the right to reject or withhold deposits if there are any concerns related to money laundering or fraud.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 hours for members who have completed KYC verification. Before the first withdrawal is processed, members are required to complete a full KYC review. ibetmalaysia reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the member's own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• Ibetmalaysia is not responsible for any third-party transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers.
• Bonus winnings require the rollover requirement to be met before a withdrawal can be made.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Ibetmalaysia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special offers tied to specific events. Each bonus or promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on its respective promotions page.

The rollover requirement (wagering requirement) determines the total amount you must wager before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x rollover means you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal is allowed.

• Bonuses may only be used within the designated validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Some games may not count, or may only partially count, toward meeting the rollover requirement — please check the specific promotion terms.
• Ibetmalaysia reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including systematic bonus arbitrage and matched betting, is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all winnings and account closure.

5 Game & Wagering Rules

All games offered on ibetmalaysia operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by iTech Labs, an internationally recognized independent testing body. This certification ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ibetmalaysia itself.

For live casino games, outcomes are determined by human dealers operating in closely monitored live studios. All game rounds are recorded and can be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

• Game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed except for documented technical reasons.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ibetmalaysia will resolve the situation based on available system records.

6 Prohibited Activities & Money Laundering

Ibetmalaysia has a zero-tolerance policy against money laundering, fraud, and any illegal activity conducted through our platform. We fully comply with the requirements of Malaysia's Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLATFPUAA 2001).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ibetmalaysia platform:

• Registering or using another person's account or assuming a false identity.
• Making deposits using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Coordinating wagers with other members to exploit promotions or guarantee risk-free profits.
• Using unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games.

Ibetmalaysia reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the member concerned. Accounts involved in suspected illegal activity will be frozen immediately while an investigation is conducted.

7 Responsible Gaming & Player Protection

Ibetmalaysia believes that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial or emotional distress. We provide a range of self-management tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum loss amount within a set time period.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit on the duration of each playing session.
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ibetmalaysia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with KYC requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Wagering activity deemed abnormal or suspicious.
• Request from relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the ibetmalaysia support team. Prior to account closure, all valid balances (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding your use of the ibetmalaysia platform, please follow the procedure below:

• Step 2: Provide all relevant evidence, including screenshots, transaction numbers, and a clear description of the incident.

Continued use of the ibetmalaysia platform after any changes are published constitutes your full acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
